Devised for an in-house studio project based around phrases that came up in conversation that sounded like band names that never were. My designated name was ‘Munchkin Suicide’ following a discussion around the urban myth of the on-screen suicide in the Wizard of Oz.

The concept is for a lost album from a moderately successful English prog/folk rock band popular in the mid 1970s.

The album was perceived by the band as a test bed for a new type of music dubbed by the band as ‘Acid Morris.’ The artwork attempts to channel the spirits of a lost Albion; named after a traditional English meal, Side A side shows us laylines and a Dragons eye signifying a world of wickens and St George whilst the Side B essays legend of The Silent Pool wherein a girl drowned in the Surrey lake after evil King John ignored her cries for help.
